Outdoor Refinements is a brand owned by Julien Inc. and has inherited over 75 years of craftsmanship in stainless-steel transformation. All our outdoors kitchen cabinets are designed and manufactured with the highest standards in the industry, but they are also handcrafted locally, in beautiful Quebec City (Canada).

IS STAINLESS STEEL ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes. In addition to having unlimited lifetime due to its resistance, stainless steel is recyclable and mainly comes from a recycled source on a worldwide scale. Choosing stainless steel is a fantastic way to support a sustainable environment and natural resources protection.
WHAT STAINLESS STEEL GRADE DOES OUTDOOR REFINEMENTS USE?
All our kitchen are made from 304 (18/10) stainless steel, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance. We also offer the marine grade 316 stainless steel, which will add an even greater resistance and will be ideal for coastal climates.
HOW THICK IS THE STAINLESS STEEL USED IN OUTDOOR REFINEMENTS PRODUCTS?
We use a commercial 18-gauge stainless steel in our products.
WHAT STAINLESS STEEL FINISH IS USED ON OUTDOOR REFINEMENTS PRODUCTS?
All our kitchens have a brushed finish #4, which is a light linear brush.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Outdoor Refinements may at its sole discretion repair, replace or adjust defective products or components to restore them to good condition. Refer to our warranties for details specific to your products.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN?
Some of our standard kitchens are in stock, once your order has been placed, these products will ship within a maximum of 3 working days. Inventory availability is visible on the product pages for all our items. Regarding custom-made products, a lead time of 8 to 10 weeks should be expected.
Care & maintenance
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN?
Regular care : it is impossible to wear stainless steel out because of frequent cleaning. It is even the best way to ensure its long-lasting corrosion resistance and aesthetics. For regular cleaning, simply use a gentle cloth and soapy water.
How to attenuate scratches : to attenuate the appearance of scratches on stainless steel, gently rub the surface in the direction of the grain with a scouring pad such as the blue “3M non-scratch Brite®”. That will help mix the new scratches with the old ones and give a natural look.
I SEE TRACES OF RUST IN MY KITCHEN, IS IT CLEANABLE?
Since stainless steel doesn’t oxidize, the traces of rust that might appear on the material are rust deposits on the surface. Gently rub the surface in the direction of the grain with a scouring pad such as the blue “3M non-scratch Brite®” to remove all the stains.
WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I AVOID USING ON MY KITCHEN?
Be careful not to use acid-based or chlorine-based detergents on your kitchen sink: stainless steel is vulnerable to hydrochloric acids, sulfuric acids, and any other strong acids. Therefore, you should avoid using solvent, construction bleach, construction chemical products, etc.
